Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX6A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX6A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5BC1P, HSPE1P19, and LINC02336. Each is linked with COX6A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX6A2-to-partner and partner-to-COX6A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5BC1P grouped by COX6A2-low versus COX6A2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX6A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX6A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
