Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX20P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,528 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX20P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase assembly, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with COX20P1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX20P1-to-partner and partner-to-COX20P1 results are reported.
