Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COX20 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COX20 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher COX20 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COX20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where COX20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
