COX20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, RPRD2, and CHAMP1. Each is linked with COX20 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX20-to-partner and partner-to-COX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
