COX20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,002 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf21, ITM2A, and ATP8B4. Each is linked with COX20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX20-to-partner and partner-to-COX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
