COX20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, GATA6, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with COX20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX20-to-partner and partner-to-COX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
