COX18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,862 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, PIK3CA, and ZGRF1. Each is linked with COX18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX18-to-partner and partner-to-COX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by COX18-low versus COX18-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
