COX18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,788 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are EARS2, GRSF1, and DGKB. Each is linked with COX18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX18-to-partner and partner-to-COX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX18 versus EARS2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
