COX18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP30, RPS29P32, and RN7SL196P. Each is linked with COX18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX18-to-partner and partner-to-COX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP30 grouped by COX18-low versus COX18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
