COX18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR6, MSGN1, and TAFA1. Each is linked with COX18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX18-to-partner and partner-to-COX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR6 grouped by COX18-low versus COX18-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
