Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX17P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,738 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX17P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-splice site recognition, DNA protection, and Spliceosomal conformational changes to generate catalytic conformation. Each is linked with COX17P1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX17P1-to-partner and partner-to-COX17P1 results are reported.
