Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,754 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YLPM1, MLKL, and MYO1F. Each is linked with COX16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX16-to-partner and partner-to-COX16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX16 versus YLPM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
