Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 549 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP90, PLA2G3, and GSDME. Each is linked with COX16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX16-to-partner and partner-to-COX16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX16 versus RNA5SP90 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
