COX16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARRES2P7, CYP4F36P, and MIR4306. Each is linked with COX16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX16-to-partner and partner-to-COX16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RARRES2P7 grouped by COX16-low versus COX16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
