COX15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,758 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HB, TRUB1, and OGA. Each is linked with COX15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX15-to-partner and partner-to-COX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX15 versus P4HB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
