Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,865 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are HS1BP3, HPS6, and JUNB. Each is linked with COX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX15-to-partner and partner-to-COX15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX15 versus HS1BP3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
