Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,083 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC51, ABCB7, and NARS2. Each is linked with COX15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX15-to-partner and partner-to-COX15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX15 versus CCDC51 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
