Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX9P, RNA5SP360, and TUBBP11. Each is linked with COX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX15-to-partner and partner-to-COX15 results are reported.
