Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX15 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes, CD8+ T-cells, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with COX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX15-to-partner and partner-to-COX15 results are reported.
