Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,064 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial DNA replication, Regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with COX15 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX15-to-partner and partner-to-COX15 results are reported.
