Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTHL17, OR10AG1, and SPHKAP. Each is linked with COX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX15-to-partner and partner-to-COX15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTHL17 grouped by COX15-low versus COX15-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
