Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COX14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COX14 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher COX14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COX14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP are the cancer types where COX14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
