COTL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COTL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,915 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COTL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAP1, CAPZB, and CASP1. Each is linked with COTL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COTL1-to-partner and partner-to-COTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COTL1 versus CAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
