CORO7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCEP1, MIR370, and RN7SL352P. Each is linked with CORO7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO7-to-partner and partner-to-CORO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCEP1 grouped by CORO7-low versus CORO7-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
