CORO7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CORO7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, OR5P2, and FCN2. Each is linked with CORO7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO7-to-partner and partner-to-CORO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by CORO7-low versus CORO7-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
