CORO6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,727 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FLNC, MAP1A, and PDLIM3. Each is linked with CORO6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO6-to-partner and partner-to-CORO6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO6 versus FLNC in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
