Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,768 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CORO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFA, GABRE, and LACTB. Each is linked with CORO6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO6-to-partner and partner-to-CORO6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBFA grouped by CORO6-low versus CORO6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
