The most reproducible CORO6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, mRNA transport, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with CORO6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO6-to-partner and partner-to-CORO6 results are reported.
