CORO1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, BAG2, and BCKDHB. Each is linked with CORO1C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1C-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO1C versus ZYX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
