CORO1C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,046 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM1, CMTM3, and ADAMTS12. Each is linked with CORO1C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1C-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO1C versus TPM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
