CORO1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P57, RIOK3P1, and VPS13A-AS1. Each is linked with CORO1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1C-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P57 grouped by CORO1C-low versus CORO1C-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
