The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CORO1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CORO1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, PRAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where CORO1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
