CORO1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,581 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPP3, FNBP1L_S501, and GTF2F1_S442. Each is linked with CORO1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1B-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO1B versus DPP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
