Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,885 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CORO1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSH3, POLD4, and NPM1P9. Each is linked with CORO1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1B-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO1B versus SSH3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
