Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1B mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CORO1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tregs, Macrophages, and Basophils. Each is linked with CORO1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1B-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tregs grouped by CORO1B-low versus CORO1B-high in KIRP.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
