Across TCGA cell cohorts, CORO1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,452 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Negative regulation of smooth muscle cell chemotaxis, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with CORO1B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1B-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1B results are reported.
