Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COQ9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COQ9 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher COQ9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COQ9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SARC, and LIHC are the cancer types where COQ9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
