Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,345 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COQ9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNAI2, PPP1R18, and MEIS3. Each is linked with COQ9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ9-to-partner and partner-to-COQ9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COQ9 versus GNAI2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
