Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 963 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COQ9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7A17, MIR520C, and SOD1P2. Each is linked with COQ9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ9-to-partner and partner-to-COQ9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7A17 grouped by COQ9-low versus COQ9-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
