Across TCGA cell cohorts, COQ9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,168 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, Peptidyl-methionine modification, and Vesicle uncoating. Each is linked with COQ9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ9-to-partner and partner-to-COQ9 results are reported.
