COQ8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL4A, CCSAP, and RPL23AP23. Each is linked with COQ8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ8A-to-partner and partner-to-COQ8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL4A grouped by COQ8A-low versus COQ8A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
