Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,475 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COQ7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAU, CALU, and FSTL1. Each is linked with COQ7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ7-to-partner and partner-to-COQ7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COQ7 versus PLAU in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
