COQ7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, CES1P2, and RNA5SP328. Each is linked with COQ7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ7-to-partner and partner-to-COQ7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by COQ7-low versus COQ7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
