Across TCGA cell cohorts, COQ7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,833 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Regulation of mitotic cytokinetic process. Each is linked with COQ7 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ7-to-partner and partner-to-COQ7 results are reported.
