Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COQ3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COQ3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher COQ3 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COQ3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LSCC show a favorable association.

OV, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where COQ3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
