Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COPZ2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COPZ2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher COPZ2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COPZ2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CCRCC, LSCC, and GBM are the cancer types where COPZ2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
