COPZ2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPZ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,844 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPZ2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS3, CALD1, and CRTAP. Each is linked with COPZ2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPZ2-to-partner and partner-to-COPZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPZ2 versus PLS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
