COPZ2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPZ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,987 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISPLD2, PCOLCE, and COL1A1. Each is linked with COPZ2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPZ2-to-partner and partner-to-COPZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPZ2 versus CRISPLD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
