COPZ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPZ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-77P, SRIP2, and H3P32. Each is linked with COPZ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPZ2-to-partner and partner-to-COPZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-77P grouped by COPZ2-low versus COPZ2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
