COPS9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FoxM1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with COPS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS9-to-partner and partner-to-COPS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by COPS9-low versus COPS9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
